When did you play Risk for the last time? Or Settlers of Catan? War on Terror has elements of both games plus an incredible amount of humour. As a single Empure Player you try to achieve World Domination. Of course you can cooperate with other players during the game, but to become the Boss of it all you have to beat all the others . If Things start to become bad, you can always decide to join terrorism. Then you have the chance to win together.
